Step 1:
Create a Email account and integrate it With Pega.
Step 2:
Go to channels and Interfaces create a Email Channel provide the Details for Email Channel and add the Email accountÂ
Step 3:
in Behaviour Tab in the Email Channel add your casetype , Suggested replies and intelligent routing with a when rule which is automatically created after you do a first save of the email channel. Along with that an Email Listener also gets created automatically.
