Step 1 : Create the File Listener using the Service wizard
we will need to create our own parse excel delimited rule later as shown in the video 
Step 2 : Remove the Properties and Create the parse excel Delimited rule and add the properties inisde 
Step 3 : you need an activity to save the values from excel to the Data type as below 
Step 4 : Create a Csv file and upload in the file listener folder 
Add the File Here :
Its a csv file will work with excel as well
Step 5 : Find the name of your file listener copy it and Start a new instance in Admin Studio
copy the name and go to Admin Studio 
the moment you click Apply it will start the filelistener and the csv file in the folder will be processed
